Technical pages:
- TeX in the Atlas: describes LaTeX in the Atlas: e.g. theorems etc, intra-article referencing, user-defined commands, diagrams, lists and short cuts.
- Wiki syntax describes important features of the Wiki syntax, in particular how to make hyperlinks.
- References describes how to cite references and to write comments and corrections about referenced works.
- The bibliography displays the existing references and lets you create new references.
- Converting TeX files describes the procedure for sending a TeX file to the Atlas for conversion to WikiTex.
- Uploading PDF files decribes when and how to upload PDF files to the the Atlas.
- The sandbox lets you experiment with the wiki syntax.
General pages:
- Writing in the Atlas discusses the scientific aspects of writing in the Atlas.
- Editing protocols gives information about open editing pages and author-based pages.
- Author orientation gives general information for authors.
- User orientation gives general information for all registered users.
- Projects gives information about projects on particular topics in the Atlas.
