- TeX in the atlas: describes LaTeX in the Atlas, in particular diagrams, lists and short cuts.
- Wiki syntax describes important features of the Wiki syntax, in particular how to make hyperlinks.
- The bibliography displays the existing references and lets you create new references.

- Converting TeX files describes the procedure for sending a TeX file to the Atlas for conversion to WikiTex.
