1 Introduction

By the [[B-Bordism#Pontrjagin-Thom isomorphism|Pontrjagin-Thom isomorphism]] the bordism groups of closed unitary manifolds $(M, \bar \nu)$ are isomorphic to the homotopy groups of the Thom spectrum $MU$, $\Omega_*^{U} \cong \pi_n(MU)$.
