These comments were sent to the authors in November 2021 so that they could add (some of) them to the paper. Since the authors did not express their intention to do this in a forthcoming time, I published the comments at MA. The comments (or a part of them) are meant to be deleted when they (or a part of them) are incorporated to a public update of the paper.
