Corrections

In Lemma 2.14, the class $\mu_{8j+1, 5}$$\mu_{8j+1, 5}$ lives in $\pi_{8j+6}(S^5)$$\pi_{8j+6}(S^5)$, not $\pi_{8j+5}(S^5)$$\pi_{8j+5}(S^5)$ as is written.
