Is it possible to write out explicit algebraic equations for the Milnor Hypersurfaces?

You just add the equation written in this article to the equations defining the Segre embedding. The latter are given, e.g. on the wikipedia page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Segre_embedding#Properties
